The Neuenhauser range of Super Screeners is available with a tow-bar attachment, crawler tracks or Fifth wheel. The Neuenhauser Twister Shovel Separator can be used in the following applications - gardening and landscaping, civil and underground engineering, canalisation, soil redemption, landfill formation, compost industry, soil producers, clay processing and many more. Excel Plant UK Ltd represent Neuenhauser for two main products:

• Starscreens - For screening of difficult materials, e.g. green waste, sticky stone, muck-away and crushing applications.
• Twister Bucket - A screening bucket sold as an atachment for loading shovels and excavators to handle sticky materials and the screening of compost for windrows. This bucket is ideally suited for the customer who has restricted space.

The Neuenhauser StarScreen is designed to screen various wet & dry materials with ease – wood waste / glass / construction waste / soil / green waste which a conventional flat screen / trommel would have difficulty in handling and out performs all other screeners tested.

We sell 2 & 3 fraction star screens built to order, with the following features;

• Screens compost at average rates of 80t / hr (wet or dry material)

• Wind shifter kits – remove 98% plastic debris (shred dependent)
